Job description:
1.Responsible for the achievement of production results
2.Responsible for strategic planning and development of production systems, monitor production standards and carry out supervision of production quality
3.Responsible for the entire production process and ensure that the finished product meets the quality & quantity standards set by the company
4.Provide solutions to all problems that arise in the production process
5. Give more attention to work safely
6. Ensure that production equipment is maintained and used properly
7.Analyze and improve production processes that are less efficient / effective
8.Make periodic reports regarding the production process and manage budgeting
9. Have a good Understanding of the flow business process of Manufacturing industry
QUALIFICATION :
1.Minimum D3 (Diploma degree majoring in Machine Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
2. Age Max 35 year old.
3. Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Leader production at manufacture industry
3. Able to speak English ( must) & Japanese ( more preferred)
4. Able to operate computer MS Office
5. Have understanding and analytical skills, work systematically and prioritize
6. Having strong & good leadership
